When creating an ticket, I sometimes need to look back at the order or maybe the project on the order. Right now, I would need to get back to the main menu, open Order Entry or the Project Editor, and then type in the specific order/project I want to look at. It is the worst when the field is non-editable, as I would also have to write down or try to memorize what I need to type.
It would be awesome if I could shift-click or so on the Project Code field in Ticketing and have the Project Editor appear with that specific project already filled out. If this was added to all lookup fields, I won't have to waste time going to their respective editors and retyping the codes.
