Cartage surcharges Form to appear on Quote/Project/Customer form

COMMANDseries does not provide a screen to see the current default pump charges in the Project, Quote or Customer Form. Customer finds it difficult to go into Files > Cartage Information > Cartage Surcharge Code each time it needs to verify the default surcharge code details.
